Lew, wow! I love it! The house looks fantastic, and I love the split level.

I think this is my favourite house from you. Although I think I would have added a dining table somewhere and not put such large windows in the bathroom. But love it all the same

The roof panels are wonderful, really add interest to the already interesting architecture!

Nice house! How did you do the tilted roof? I once knew how to do that, but forgot it, and now i cannot find tutorials about it...

Hey Original_Dutch, it's really quite a simple (albeit log winded) process once you familiarise yourself with a cheat known as CFE. Here's a tutorial by armiel about how to use it: http://www.modthesims.info/showthread.php?t=464215

Hope you get on alright with it.

Great job, I really like the whole compact layout of the house! In this house will be living a grandmother, a mother, and a daughter whose father had passed. The basement will be suited to the grandmother's needs, thank you for this upload :)

Ok, is that really basement windows looking into the pool?! I've lost the link to the tutorial on how to do this and no one on the MTS forum has responded. Please please point me to the place with the instructions ♥
