Thank you, ever since the episode aired I wanted a set of these. Now my sims can have a set if not me.

Yeah, I actually looked online and a pair of these are like over $85....WAT.

If you know how to sew PJs though, here is an amazon link selling 40 inches of it ("sold in multiples of 0.5 meters") for $10:
(which is still really expensive, btw. Take four regular 12-inch rulers and lay them out longway. The $10 fabric will be 8 inches shorter than that. That was only the first link, so shop around. Make sure they're not scammers!)

I would strongly advise against hand sewing: for anything beyond mending, use a machine. Read up on sewing and practice on lots and lots of "scrap fabrics" before buying this. Also, caveat emptor, since its online shopping and I don't really know if the seller is legitimate or not, because I never bought from them and there are no comments on the item.

Yay Buffy sim is so happy!

You might want to rephrase a bit: say there's "absolutely no custom mesh", because clearly there is "cc" because this is a "cc" upload.

Edited and hopefully, Buffy sims is still plenty commanding, even with sushi pajamas. (I hate what happened to her around Season 9, I won't spoil anything though.)
