Nice armours, is one the straps supposed to be half missing?

I initially wanted a one-strap, but unfortunately, there was a piece of the left strap sticking out as a mesh. So I worked around it by recoloring that part of the strap as an end to a belt piece. You know when you strap a belt on a too-skinny waist that a lot of the belt still remains? Yeah, this is what I was going for:
