This is absolutely gorgeous. I've been following it in the CFF for a long time since I'm a massive fan of anything Norwegian! Really great work
I want to put it in my Aurora Skies game, but I'm missing most expansion packs - I don't have WA, Amb or Supernatural will it be missing loads of stuff?

Unfortunately Pets, WA and SN are crucial for the look of the place. Without them it looks quite ugly and not very Norwegian at all. If you've got Pets, the majority of the windows should be alright, apart from the sunroom on the front and the side porch and the tower as they require SN. Without WA there would be no roof ornamentation and and lot of the interior furnishings come from all the packs listed, especiallly AMB, which is also required for a couple of the doors. You could try it though, and see what you think. But I'm not entirely sure that it would work.

I'm just downloading this. Gorgeous design, your attention to detail is quite amazing. Not an important aside just an observation: Sims 3 houses are much more expensive than Sims 2!

Aah, well that's a shame but only to be expected really. I'm still in awe of your work I hope you make more Nordic-style lots in the future! Thanks for your response,

Thanks. I have a larger version of Strandheim which was once going to be Strandheim but was too big. I'm going to finish it and furnish it anyway, but make it different to Strandheim so it can have its own name. I then have another Norwegian home I am currently replicating, but it's not Dragon style. So again, it'll be something a little different.

It looks beautiful! I'm thinking of using it as sort of an orphanage. It looks like the type of place (since I fail at the ways of a hotel).

Which neighborhood did you have this in? EA-made or a custom one?

"Okay, please don't start a fire this time, Charity."

*three seconds later*

"WHY DO YOU HATE ME SO?!"

That's an interesting idea. I have it currently on a flat lot in Moonlight Falls, the world that came with SN. But in some of the pictures it's on a lot I custom placed by the river and then readjusted the landscaping of the lot after placing it.
