It's wonderful, and that's from someone who has actually rented a beach house (in Oxnard, CA, a block from the beach and it wasn't anywhere near as nice as your lovely lot.) You could get a job making brochures for beach rental places. Sims are so lucky!

Just would like to point out you appear to have a tagalong file included. The Numenor_DeckStairs_main is in the package, but it doesn't appear you have used those stairs. Those are the basic wooden stairs from base game that Numenor made recolorable, and they tend to package in the lot when not used.

I recommend you remove the file if you have not used those stairs in game. Ofc, I'd also recommend you remove the STEPS_90NMNglass_main file as well. These are both considered more of a mod rather than required cc.
