Thank you very much for your comments. I was really nervous about this house. I thought that maybe its too crazy and no one will like it...seems like I was wrong. Thank you guys

I'm usually a lurker, don't comment much, but this deserves way more attention. Thank you for sharing your creativity with us all. A few notes:

- Great starter home no more than ONE sim, it gets cramped and routing becomes an issue (same goes for inviting friends over)
- While the house is designed for a 10x10 lot, it's best placed on 15x15+ lots, for possible expansion
- The way the house is designed, makes it very easy to 'socket' modular upgrades and additions to the pre-existing layout while keeping the original look in tact
- The color/pattern schemes were so well thought out, I didn't touch anything, and this alone impressed me, as I usually tinker with every color/pattern til I like it, but this just would lose it's charm if I changed anything.
- The objects can be swapped out and it would still make sense with a different theme, i.e. Sculptor/Painter/Writer etc.

Thank you again, fantastic design, brilliant creativity, perfect for a starter house.

Hi!
Thanks again for the kind comments - it really means a lot to me.

Thank you for the tips that you provided for the other players. Your comment made me so happy - it feels nice to know that people are actually using the house and also rebuilding it in their own way.
