how do you download her

You just put her in your saved sims folder, which is in your sims 3 folder. You'll find her in CAS .

Just thought I'd mention this in case someone else runs into this issue - I already had the custom eyelashes but for some reason the eyelashes on this sim were white and nothing I tried would make them dark again until I finally went to the Accessories category and clicked on a set of eyelashes then removed them. After that I could add them and they were dark like they're supposed to be. Personally I never use the eyelashes in accessories (I use the ones in make-up instead) so that might have been why it took me a while to figure out how to fix the problem, but I thought I would mention it here in case someone else has the same problem. Love your sims! I think I've downloaded most of them. Thanks so much for sharing them.
