She should work the same as any other female young adult Sim. I would suggest using cheats to make everyone afraid of her, or else deliberately making her behave in creepy ways. If you have Photoshop, then you can do your own creepypastas and actually depict the effects of those who get too close to her. If you're especially lucky, someone will make hazmat suits for the game, so you can depict her in her cell at SCP Foundation.

Welcome. I was considering SCP-096, but that would require as-of-yet nonexistent sliders. I know the most popular one is 173, with Plague Doctor being a close second. But 173 is a statue requiring a custom mesh. It'd be more feasible to make Plague Doctor for Sims 3.

There are already thousands of them on the wiki. Keep searching. YouTube has dozens of videos about them too. Just when I think I've heard all the strangeness imaginable, I'm often pleasantly surprised by what comes next. Like the toaster that makes you write about it in first person if you get too close to it when writing about it. Or Larry the Loveable Llama, a llama suit that makes you think you really are a llama. There's the Indestructible Reptile, the Killer Crystal, Plague Doctor, and many many more.

Why do you keep saying "Creepypasta" In the description. The SCP foundation is in no way related to Creepypastas.

SCP-173 started as a Creepypasta on 4Chan. That's what started the entire SCP Foundation thing.

I put a bikini on her so she isn't technically naked. She's fully nude in a lot of other art, but lacks general female anatomical detail due to her mutation. The reason she is the only one to show up on this site is because no one else is uploading SCPs to MTS. I uploaded 053 to the Gallery, because I wasn't confident she'd be accepted here due to being an easy-to-make toddler that anyone could make with no CC. Others on the Gallery have (very poorly-made) versions of Sims of 173, 049, and 682. I'd love to see anyone with Cats and Dogs installed find a way to make 529. I might even attempt it!
