Really? Is your game up to date with the pool patch? Are the package files placed in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods?

Is anyone else having trouble?

Yes, my game automatically updates and it is in mods. I'm seeing all of my other downloads.

Well I double checked that the uploaded files are correct...i downloaded them and installed them.
They worked fine, so i don't know what to tell ya.
You know that they are female-only right? They wont show up for male sims.

I was having trouble with just the dark version of the tattoos. I downloaded the light version and installed that and they both showed up.

I've noticed different tattoos show up in different clothing categories. Make sure you are in everyday as they all seem to show up there.
