Variable Career Metrics Updated and Extended

This mod adds some variety to skilling up for careers.

There is a little confusion about how this works. This adds possible alternative skills to count towards promotion, not extra requirements for promotion.

An example of how this works is the music career. Usually you would need to skill guitar to progress that career. Now you can skill guitar, bass guitar, piano, drums, violin or even the snake charmer basket. Whichever skill is highest will be automatically counted as your progress towards promotion.

There are two flavours, one is simply an updated version of the original mod so that it functions with 1.67, while the other has added variable skill metrics to 12 additional careers, including adding ITF skills to relevant 'present day' careers.

Political Career
- Added Social Networking to levels 1-9

Criminal Career
- Added Martial Arts to 7-10 of Thief branch
- Added Martial Arts, Logic, Science, Inventing or BotBuilding to level 6 of Evil Branch.
- Added Martial Arts AND Science, Inventing or BotBuilding to levels 7-10 of Evil Branch

- Added Science to levels 1-10

Law Enforcement
- Added Athletics and Martial Arts to level 1
- Added Martial Arts to 6-10 of Special Agent Branch

- Added Laser-Rythm-acon to Levels 1-10 (Except level 8, "Lead Guitarist")

- Added MartialArts to levels 1-10
- Added Inventing, Advanced Technology and Botbuilding to level 3-10

- Added Advanced Technology and Botbuilding to Level 1-10

- Added Social Networking as an alternative to Charisma at level 4-6

- Added Martial Arts to Level 1-10

- Added Painting, Writing, Athletics, and Science to levels 4-10

- Added Painting to Level 6
- Added Charisma to Level 9-10

Fortune Teller
- Added Writing (As an alternative to logic) to level 7-10 of the Scam Artist Branch
- Added Charisma to levels 6-7 of Mystic Branch

- Only download ONE flavour
- This is a replacement for the old mod, if you still have that one get rid of it before installing this one.
- This will conflict with anything that modifies the Careers XML.

Doesn't seem to be working for me. Says it's enabled, but I've tried it with both new and old characters. Maybe I have to clear a cache or delete a file to apply the settings?

Using CC Magic Launcher to toggle the mods and there's a clear cache button along with rebuild button. Still no results.

Any chance of being able to make this compatible with All careers available in the future? Or is that asking too much?

This is a brilliant idea, it makes sense after *years* of playing TS3 that as a user we'd want the career progression gameplay to be less iterative, adding creativity into the day-to-day grind. Thanks for creating it, can't wait to try it in game, and I'm hoping that paired with NRaas mods, it helps townies progress faster in their careers as well.

A few suggestions...

Photography for Journalism, Law Enforcement (5-10 of both branches), and Film (director branch).

Dancing for Film (actor branch).

Nector Making and Mixology for Culinary.

Alchemy for Criminal (evil branch).
