Sorry Klaartje, I forgot! I've updated it now :-)

I'm glad you like the career, usernamethatsnottaken - I hope that you'll like the adult version as well, when I finish it and upload it! :-)

Great career.
I didn't know about the monthly themes. Where can I find them?

Thanks :-)

The post announcing the March monthly theme is here - one of the mods posted a comment in that thread saying that the April theme would be announced in its own thread sometime today. No announcement as yet though!

What do you mean by British career? It confuses me.

Thank you :-) Just wait 'til you see the adult version of this career, it's full of amusement arcades and fish and chips and rainy weather! :-D

I mean that the career (or, at least, the adult version of this career, which I will be uploading next week) will have levels that are based heavily on jobs that one find in traditional British seaside resorts. I don't know much about seaside resorts elsewhere in the real world, but if you play a neighbourhood that's based on, for example, a Middle Eastern seaside resort, this career may not make much sense in your 'hood - for example, a couple of the levels in the adult career will refer to gambling, which is illegal in some parts of the real world, and possibly in some people's TS2 'hoods as well. If your 'hood has no real-world equivalent, or if you're not too fussed about "realism", then this career can definitely be used in any 'hood - I mentioned the Britishness in case anybody is bothered by (lack of) realism in their game and doesn't want a career with a British feel to it :-)

The teen version of this career pretty much works for any seaside resort, as long as they have deckchairs! :-D After all, all beaches need to be kept clean, right?

Thanks, I loved the career. Any chance to see the adult version any time soon? I really wish my teen could continue working in this career upon growing up.
