I want more of this kind of building in real life. It is a very good use of space. To me, it doesn't feel cramped, it feels efficient and responsible. Cities are more compact. When people build houses with huge lawns, we get sprawling suburbs, long commutes, and in my opinion, lots of social isolation. When I was a child in Poland, we had neighbors. Doesn't seem as easy to form bonds here, where people are so physically separated. Just my feeling, I know others like all that space! Love this building! It gives me warm fuzzy feelings from my childhood.

This lot is very impressive. At first I assumed it was one house or two apartments at most (read the desc but forgot), being so small, but you managed to make 5 and they're all lovely inside. Thank you

Very nice building! Just one suggestion for the presentation: When there's a rowhouse I always appreciate a picture that shows several of them placed next to each other.

I'm really glad you enjoyed this lot. Even if you can build so many different things in this game, I always like to draw inspiration from the cities I've visited or lived in. The sprawling neighbourhoods were nice but I deffinaly enjoy the closely built european buildings. It also gives me warm fuzzy feelings having them in my little simhood A lot of the time they are more interesting to look at because the pack a lot of character into such a small space. I'll have a few more of these up since I haven't grown tired if the european feel.

Thank you! I always used to think that bigger spaces were better, but living in europe makes you understand you just need some creative thinking. Here everything is just as beautiful, you just have to imagine you're playing furniture tetris

Glad you liked it and I'll be sure to heed that suggestions as there will be many more row-buildings in the future

Thank you for these type of lots! I hope we'll get even more of them. As a person who lives in Europe I sometimes get a bit disappointed to see all these huge open spaces around lots, which are really unnecessary. (though I'll admit I'm guilty of building such spacious lots often as well)
Usually when people make European style lots, they go with traditional building styles you won't find in big cities, so It's really sweet to see you making these apartments. It seems like you're still all up in Spain, or actually just Bilbao, so it's probably useless to say, but in the Netherlands (where I live) we usually have small 2/3 story buildings for one family that connects directly to another small building for one family that looks completely different. Maybe that could help inspire you?
In many European cities people live above shops in the center of the city. One of my friends lives with 4 family members above the bookstore her mother runs (she often helps out as well). Sorry if it all doesn't interest you, I tend to get carried away when talking about stuff.
