I really like these small compact houses (rather than the 'edifice complexes') One does need to bear in mind, though, that the helicopter cannot land on lots of frontage 1. This affects the top level in several careers, including military, business, and politics.

Since this post, I've started playing the house. Lots of space, very playable, good as a 2nd house when sims outgrow their starter. Excellent! Thank you!
