Nice CC... But the Rio dosn't look similar, Because in Rio de Janeiro we have more skyscrapers, not so many trees!... I'm Brasilian.

I have to admit something terrible... I never opened New Crest before and I just saw that it is using the same backdrop, so I don't have to make one for New Crest, as that one will change too....
Have to add this to my description...AND FAST! The thing is, New Crest is using this same backdrop very much, sometimes 3x in a row, so you will get 3x New York. Only the main big background will have it just once.

Just looked at tutorial. WOW! what happens if I mess up?

With the vegas thing in Oasis you ment the mountains and deserts? (as I don't see high buildings with lot's of lights and stuff...?)
You can't really mess up following my tutorial
No seriously, you can just remove the package file from your Mods folder and everything will be just as it was.

I just used an image of the statue standing on mount corcovado. The trees in front of it are from The Sims. But trees are far more beautiful then skyscrapers right?

Will add it to the list! Though a skyline of Paris wouldn't have the Eifel Tower or The Arc the Triumph as those are not be seen in the skyline.
I can put only the Eifel Tower in the background if you like...

I really like this MOD and then i say the "City Skyline" Replacement MODs. So i removed this MOD and put the new york city replacement city skiyline MOD

My question is why does Willow Creek not have the default City skyline anymore, or is it only in certain ares of willow creek you can see it??

for example: i see the replacement skyline in the neighborhood part of willow creek but not the city where the gym and clubs are.

I think you didn't looked in the right direction. There are also hills around the neighbourhoods.
