Using the cheat boolprop constrainFloorelevation false. It's explained in the Build Tutorial forum (well... I'm quite sure it is ).

Um, you can make it into a house using boolprop lot zoning or edit it SimPE.

Numenor, can you make a house version of this lot?
i tried to used it and gives me a lot of crash problems
i only have the base game and i don't know how to change it in to a house.

This lot has been created with University, and can't possibly be "downgraded" to the base game without rebuilding it from scratch, sorry.

So lets say I don't want to share my room with an NPC dormie...could I delete the extra door (by use of the cheat that allows full access to build mode) and claim the one door still remaining to have the room to myself?
