Just the latest patch. (All of my creations require only Base Game, no packs needed. And this item was uploaded before Spooky Stuff was released, in any case!)

Shows up fine for me, just tested it again in case something strange might have been added in the latest update patch or the latest stuff pack, both of which I have. I can only make the usual suggestions of being sure you've put both packages in the Mods folder and are looking in the right place in Buy Mode (in Activities under the section where the guitars are), of not putting it in a subfolder within the Mods folder because many reports of items not showing up in game seem to be due to putting them in a subfolder, and of running a conflict detector to see if there's the very slim possibility that someone else's cc conflicts with it. Hope that's of help and that I'm not just stating the obvious, but I don't know what else to suggest.
