Okay, I take back that I said "clean" - wow, I'm amazed, I didn't know that it is possible to build such a low-wealth run-down environment in Sims 4. You did an excellent job, and if I had Sims 4, I would definitely download it, this style is absolutely my cup of tea. I love especially the public areas around the staircase. The basketball hoop is also a good idea. I enjoy every detail, thank you!

Im glad you like it! I love the rundown fixer uper style as well! Before the city life expansion there was like no dirty or run down objects/floors and walls. All the cracks water marks etc were released with the vampire pack. There still isnt a whole lot, most of what there is is for interiors, its why the exterior looks so much cleaner then the inside!
