it's a great mod but here's the thing, I have a strip club and I was hoping i could give the key as a gift to strippers but I cant clone the keys. I only can create one key and give it as a gift to one person and cant make any more keys for the door

Looks cool! What happens when there are more than one private door on the same lot? Would each key only open the door that spawned it?

I agree with other posters that the ability to have more than one key per door would be really useful. Barring that, would it be possible to allow for the addition of a second private door (whose key would be held by a second sim) and still have the room be considered "locked" (go dark)? That way, two sims can access the same private space using different doors.

Do you have any plans to add the Supernatural bookcase door to this? Once someone has opened it, everyone can go through it anytime they want to.

hey, I was wondering... I love the doors and the treasure chest! Would it be possible for you to add more keyable doors? cuz I have a door I really want to be keyable... its one to buy on the Sims 3 site. Doorway to Trouble

I know that there was a question about multiple keys, and the response was to add more doors, but I was wondering... Is there really no way to have more than one key?

If I wanted to place a door and have the door be to a bedroom for a couple, is there no way that I can have both sims have a key, so that only they can enter their room?

This is by far the best story telling mod ever!!!I love that u can actually store the key or even gift it to someone!!The possibilities are endless!Btw i edited objk with your code to double doors and it also works!!Honestly i cant thank you enough!

Supernatural bookcase door uses a different script for doors, this makes very hard to change it.

First: I want to thank you for some really great mods.

Second: Is there anyway you could make this work with your Housekeeper mod. I have to use NRAAS MC to give them martial arts skills, otherwise. Burglar mods and such.

I love the idea of creating multiple keys, thanks! But it's not working in my game. The "create a key" button is greyed out and I cannot klick it... anyone else having this problem?

It doesnt work in my game either.. I place the door and the room becomes Dark, and that's it.. no key. Help?

Uh...it doesn't work for me either...put it in, all the options except "about" are greyed out, no sims can use it...what the hey?
Is this item broken or do I need to do something special to use it?
Otherwise it looks like a great item, if it was working that is...

Very useful item, goes beyond what the default "lock" door options can provide, and can be put on community lots to create private/exclusive areas/buildings. I use these with NRaas's WooHooer mod, I make private "love shacks" on public lots in edit town mode, then have a key for my sim & give extra keys to his lovers & they have perfectly private, uninterrupted "Kama Simtra" sessions wherever they feel like doin' it, haha.

To make extra keys, just click"create key" again and the second key should appear in inventory, then just give it to the intended sim with whatever method you want to use, I use MasterController mod from NRaas personally.

This is a seriously cool mod that adds so much storytelling potential. Thank you for sharing and for all the updates Douglasveiga! Your mods have brought so much to the game.
