Very attractive! None of my Sims have enough Simoleans for this type of place, but someday they're children will. This feels like the kind of place old money comes from. Thank you!

Hi, if you don't mind "cheating" you can do the shift control c at the same time. Then type in testingcheats on. Then freerealestate on. If you want to give your sim more money: inside testingcheats on type in money 500000. I think it'll only go up to ten million. I do it with all of my sims. They don't like being poor. Also, if you've already started your game and try to move your household to a home that's more than what they have you can still do testingcheats on and freerealestate on. Then relocate your sims. They'll love you for it. Simple as that. I hope that helps you.
