Awesome! Thank you so much - I was just going through my game and marveling at how little realism there are in Maxis jobs, too, and had considered making a few replacement/supplemental careers of my own. Now I don't have to! I'm glad I checked MTS today. :D

Wow, I love this career you made but may I ask for a small edit? I live in a township but there is no title for mayor here. Could you change mayor to Township Board Supervisor or just Board Supervisor?

Just to let you know. My mayor just got a bonus of 12.000 § with a chance card.
12 millions were added to the family funds though.
