I love this. I'm definitely using this for when my sims get old but their children still live in the same house. It'll be neat to have all my played sims together to remember the old days.

Thanks for the kind comments. I will note that DezzyBoo.

@Gecko_sis Thanks! I gather you're familiar with the show? I loved those cosy conservatories, it was my main inspiration.

I love this! For some reason, I'm reminded of Tranquility Lane from Fallout.

Ha, awesome! I might have to give this a try just for the fun of making a Harvey Bains landlord for the elders to torment. The trash compactor needs repairing... >D Nice job capturing the feel of Bayview, the sunrooms look great!

This look fabulous & I'm excited to see it in-game. I've been wanting to set up a specific lot for my elders to spend their last days. Here's the question though, is this an apartment lot or can I still control multiple sims at once. I play on rotation, so having to go thru each individual elder for the week is daunting.

EDIT: just saw by the header that Yes this is an apartment lot lol. Sorry, it's been awhile since I've been online. Forgot where to look... :jest:

I think I will place this one right next to my Wattle Grove lot.
Love the idea. Wish I had thought of it myself!
Thanks for taking the time to put it together, and for the detailed description.
And finally.... Thanks for sharing it with the rest of us.

You are right, the elders do need some more love!

hello! I was wondering if someone who has played this lot could tell me where the garbage can is located?? lol...the one that usually sits at the street beside the mailbox. I've had a sim move in but for the life of them, keeps emptying the trash disposal & then drops the trash in random spots unable to find the can.

As long as it does NOT come with a Harvey Bains...I look forward to playing it!
