I have the Ultimate Collection, which means it may require all EP's and SP's. At the very least, the EP's. Which ones are you missing? Perhaps that's the reason. Otherwise, I'm not sure what went wrong since it works fine for me.

You can trying deleting it, and reinstalling it.
