For those interested, this is still working with the 1.40 Jungle Adventure game patch.

I'm not a UK player, but I prefer to use "crisps" instead of "chips". Thanks for this override.

You should also try ManxCat's Fall to Autumn mod : https://modthesims.info/d/626834/fall-to-autumn.html it was also bugging me, as I'm British and there is no UK English language option, it just annoys me. You will need seasons, as EA are too greedy to include weather in the base game, and charge 40 pounds instead.

For anyone curious, this appears to still be working for the Eco Lifestyle patch. I've not come across any issues yet.

Yes thats only a UK thing , bcos all over the world as I know what you called "chips" is called "fries" (USA) , Fritten (germany) , Pommes frites (France) and the ones in the game is called "chips" (USA) or Kartoffelchips (german). I´m german and I was confused as I heard the first time about " fish and chips " when I was in London.

Thanks for keeping this mod updated Menaceman. It's one of the first mods I ever downloaded for Sims 4 and was the inspiration that led to me to creating my own UK English text changing mods. Much appreciation for your work.

I love this! You wouldn't happen to be able to replace "pants" in CAS with "trousers" as well, would you?

It should be possible but I have no intention of doing that since it is barely ever seen. Sorry.
This one bugged me because it is in everyday play scenarios. In CAS I barely ever pay attention to the labels and just go by the pictures.
