Here's a set of eight speckle paint cement floors for your Sims to use in their garages and/or basements -- or anywhere you build with a cement flooring. They are found in the cement/poured section under floors in build for 8 simoleans. Slightly high in price to reflect the real-life price of speckling your cement floors.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Place in Downloads Folder: Cut and paste the .package file(s) into your Downloads folder:

I just had to download some of these. These remind me of the old tiles of the 50s. However, those old tiles turned out to contain asbestos. (We just had to have a special company remove them at my mother's house.) These are asbestos-free and give you that retro feel without the risk. Thank you!
