This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
This is my first ever creation for a Sims game. It's a recolor of the basegame bandeau bikini top with a transparent layer added on top, and does not require any expansions or stuff packs. It is available for Teens, Young Adults and Adults, and is tagged under "Feminine", Everyday and Partywear. Male Sims can wear it as well but the collar will look a little weird if they have a masculine frame. It is not enabled for random. It currently only comes in 3 colors - black, red and blue - but I may add more colors in the future.

Enjoy!
