Given how this issue is likely to result from a mod conflict, I strongly encourage to use a mod conflict detector.

Is this mod compatible with the new patch?

It states on the creator's profile that they're in the midst of checking and updating mods. So, I would use at your own risk till the mod is either updated or verified to be fine. I've pulled it out of my game until then.

This mod sounds really cool. I was so annoyed with how fat my beautiful Sim got so quickly. And she got even bigger after twins. I hope this works! Thanks.

Hi I was wondering whether the new fitness TV shows from the Fitness Stuff Pack would cause higher muscle gains than regular exercise? I was surprised to find one of my sims gain a lot of muscle recently and the only thing I can link it to is trying out the new fitness shows. Is this something that your mod might not cover? Thanks

I had a concern regarding vampires. I'm unsure if its due to the mod or not but vampires seem to gain weight super fast and dont seem to lose any of it? This isnt a huge problem for me but for non withered stomach vamps this might be an issue. Possibly due to them not having a hunger moodlet?

Default Thanks
Thanks for this great mod ! By the way, yoga and TV workout seems to work like in vanilla since the last update. Weight loss in way more important with them than with jog or treadmill.

Nice mod! Out of curiosity would you be able to make a mod/flavor that does the opposite of this one, and makes weight/muscle fluctuate more?

These metabolism mods are in need of an update after the 1.36.99 Cats & Dogs patch. It's noticeable in-game that the treadmill can no longer be interacted with with these mods installed, but there might be other unseen effects too.

Sims also can no longer woohoo with the mod installed. When it's removed, they're able to woohoo like normal. With it active in the game, sims just stand there after the dialogue interaction even if the offer was accepted. An update is definitely needed for all three parts.

And there's no option to go jogging when this mod is installed.

I would like to confirm that the mods may be in need of an update, though I noticed that my Sims were able to jog and interact with the treadmill after removing this particular part of the mod. I haven't tried testing the Woohoo yet.

I also want to say thank you for making these mods. They've added some stability to my Sims weight which has been a very welcome change.

I've uploaded a fix for this mod http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=603051

It's currently being reviewed because I didn't list any potential conflicts but should be available in a day or two, I will of course remove the post if/when Candyd comes back and updates this, but after reading their profile I'm assuming they might not have the time right now.

It seems I wasn't alone really missing these mods! I'd been working on my own mod to replace it as well. Mine implements the idea in a different way, is customisable, and comes bundled with some other tweaks. It's just been approved for Modthesims: Fitness Controls
