UPDATE:

11/3/21 Change Log:
Patch Update: 11/2/21

The update that added Agnes is the patch that changed this mod, I just don't know what patch that was and it is officially checked with the most current patch so that's the patch I listed it good for.

It doesn't make a bug, it' just two empty interaction bubbles. Of course I also could be wrong which interactions that might be.

But I've checked it in my game without the mod and it really is the mod which makes the empty bubbles.

@LadyBella It does make a difference if you have a certain pack or not. If a tuning mod uses an interaction that came with a certain pack that you don't have, a blank bubble does appear. The sims can still do a "chat" but that's about it. It won't break your game if you or the sim chooses that blank bubble. I hope this helps!
