Thanks again for your great mods. I was looking at the seagulls that came with the new pack and just know you probably are planning to make them placeable if you can do it! Seems right up your alley!

Hi Alan, yes they definitely are! I already planned to do them far before it was released by only seeing some screenshots of them
There were already seagulls in game by the way in San Myshuno, but they only fly.

There are a few effects that won't work on certain lots, maybe try switching to another lot might work for these.
I've just tested them in my game on a large lot in Windenburg and they worked without problems. What can happen though, is that if you activate the wild ducks, that no ducklings can be seen. If you switch the effect off and after that on again, they might appear the second time.

For some reason, this stopped working. I placed it in a pool to try it... and it didn't work for ages. But I left it there. After some time, and coming back to that lot, it began working. It was so nice, I decided to move it to the pond on their lot. It worked for a while, but then stopped. And now it won't turn back on no matter how many times I turn it on/off. I even tried replacing the water reeds, thinking maybe something glitched out with the one I had. But no. It's still not working either. It is fall and getting cooler.. Will it fail to work when it's cool/cold out? Also, once placed in the pond, can sims still fish there without bothering the actions of the ducks? Thanks for all you do!! I hope we can get this sorted out and working again.. it was so cute!!

It could be that they won't work when it's beginning to get cold outside. You can try the weather machine and switch it back to Summer to see if that fixes your problem.
When I made all of these mods there weren't any other seasons then summer as the Seasons expansion pack didn't existed back then. ;0

Default Ocean Water?
Could you update your duck mods for the oceans please? I really love having swimming ducks on my lots!

The water reeds objects are one of the objects I didn't include in the "Ocean-Update" as you won't see ducks or dragonflies above the ocean normally either.
I don't have plans for other updates right now, so you will have to use the moveobjects on cheat followed by the number 9 key to raise them to the desired height right now. I'm sorry.
