do you think you could make a version that doesn't change physique at all? the no fat/no muscles one here on MTS stopped working, and I haven't been able to find any other one...

I've yet to mess around with scripting for TS4, and the amount of XMLs I would have to change to do that without using python would be pretty crazy I think. MCCC has a freeze physique option that might do what you want but I haven't tried it myself.

Excuse me, I'm sorry but I don't understand U_U
I have the lastest patch, everything updated perfectly.
What do I have to download?
All those 3 files? or just the last one (Get to Work)?

Thank you so much

SOLVED:

Done. I figured it out XD
In case anyone needs help too, here is what I did:
These are 3 mods. What we have here, is just 1 (the 2nd one) of them.

They were all made by Candyd,
Ignoral fixed the 2nd one and 3rd one.

1st mod (by Candyd)
2nd mod (this one, fixed by Ignoral)
3rd mod (fixed by Ignoral)

I truly recommend all of them,
they make Metabolism on this game, really realistic.

_______________________________

My new question is:
What about the first mod?
Is it working with Cats and Dogs?

Just a hint: you might wanna check out Deaderpool's MC Command Center for that. It generally does a lot of awesome things, but amongst them it contains the function to forbid or allow sims bodies to ever change on a Sim to Sim basis. So you can have your own Sims (and/or their friends) keep their body shape forever and still use Natural Metabolism along with it for NPCs (still better than EA default by a mile) or if you do play a household where you want to "work towards that muscle" or something. It's what I do in my game.

The first part is working fine. By default, teens lose weight twice as fast as other Sims. All it does is remove the metabolism buff from teens because with the generally lower calories of balanced calories they end up skinny, really fast! Unless they eat nothing but junk food. Other than that there's a line that makes your teens autonomously view art I think? I don't think it's worth updating when Candyd's version works pretty much perfect as is and there are no new lines that effect pets in any way.

You can see the differences here https://www.diffchecker.com/ZmW38XRk
Left is the current Maxis Buff_Trait_Teen and right is Candyd's. Anything inside <!--Blah blah--> can be ignored, as <!-- is how you comment out code, meaning it has no effect on the actual game. (It looks like EA/Maxis just made it easier for modders to see what certain values do.)

I hate it when someone suggests that, because that mod has never worked for me.

THANK YOU!!! I didn't even realize the other mod was out of date and was using it, and it probably did not work lol -_-

I was wondering if it is super difficult to adjust a few of the values if I would want to? For example for me to put for the GTW baked goods to have some calories but not a super huge amount? My sims seem to be having an issue that many of them seem to be enlarging, and I am not sure eating a mix of healthier foods/junk foods is helping prevent that for them so not sure I should get the GTW module cause it will make it too bad teehee! (But at the same time it's not really fair to have all these 0 calorie sweets :P) But again that just might of been because my mod was out of date and not working properly... not sure...

If a sim would say eat a Mac and Cheese or a Pizza slice and then ate salad would they stay the same weight?

ETA: Is there a way to see for sure that the mod is in the game? Does it show up on the popup when the game loads (in script mods, or just CC)? Just wanna make sure it's installed right. Thank you!

It's fairly easy to change the values yourself. Just open the .package in Sims 4 Studio, click on the food you want to change and then hit CTRL+F and search for "calories." Then change the number to whatever you wish. To add other foods it's tools > Extract tuning and then search for "object_food_XYZ" XYZ being the name of the food. Click add to package, change the calories and when you're done hit save and any changes you made will be added to the .package, you could do the same with the GTW module I uploaded and change the calorie values to suit your needs, or even make your own.

As for your other question, Mac and Cheese has a calorie value of 200 and most of the salads generally appear to be between -150 and -200 calories, so pretty much a 1:1 basis there. Pizza and other junk food like chips have a much higher value though, I believe a slice of pizza is 500 calories, so you would have to have your Sim eat 2 and a half salads to burn off the calories from one pizza slice. Which, you could do. Literally, have your Sim eat 3 salads right after the pizza and lose weight. It makes no sense I know, but I figure if you really want to cheat like that, there are much easier ways than eating a bunch of salads.

During my own gameplay I haven't had much issue keeping the weight of my Sims steady as long as I don't make them eat junk food regularly. The ones who do get fat if they don't exercise and that makes sense to me. :D
