how do i download lots? where do i put them in?

Good morning!

You just need to download the file I've uploaded here.
Then, extract the items that comes into the .rar file, copy them and paste into the Tray folder.
Usually the Eletronic Arts folder is located at your Documents. Then, you can find the Tray folder there.
