What a nice house! unfortunately I don't think the parking space will appear on the right for the more expensive house as is. The game will not allow it.

In my game it works. I often place parking spaces on the right side of a lot. It is only possible with move objects on, but than in game it is usable.
I hope that I have understood your problem with it.
