This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.
Once upon a time, somewhere in the 1950's colored toilet paper made its debut. Rolls of delicate pastel colored paper remained in well appointed bathrooms and on supermarket shelves into the 1980's.
Then they disappeared. Leaving us with a lot of plain white.
I have nothing against white toilet paper. It sanitary and...well, being white it's not going to clash horribly with anything.
Still, it would be nice to have a choice, if not at home, then at least for your Sim houses.

Welcome back color with the Twin Roll Toilet Paper Dispenser, the only Sim dispenser with two rolls of colorful paper to feast your eyes on, one ready for use and the second a spare.
Seven different color rolls to go with your every mood. That's one roll for every day of the week!
Buy one or several and stack them to create towers of pastel colors.

Made of sturdy metal our dispenser's base comes in three color options: grey, white, and black. Its simple and timeless design, makes the Twin Roll Toilet Dispenser fit the perfect way to give your bathroom that touch of color you've been looking for.

The Twin Roll Toilet Dispenser requires a wall to be placed. No cheats are needed either for placement or for stacking.

The Twin Roll Toilet Paper Dispenser can be found in Decorative under Miscellaneous.
The price is: 20 SImoleons

Hi,
One to store more rolls (practical). Two, to add more texture and color to the room (decorative). Three, because it's fun to build stuff (Me).
However you decide to use it, have a good time.

This is a wonderful idea for our larger Sim families. I actually have double roll holders in my home and they really come in handy when the grandchildren come to visit. No more "Grandma I need paper"!
My cats like it too as they have twice the fun when they get in the mood to destroy the bathroom - lol! Thank you for sharing.

If you don't talk to your cats about catnip, who will?

Thank you for this
There's a lack of toilet paper cc, so that's helpful
Btw, why does it require a wall ? Isn't there an Object Catalog tag in S4S that makes it possible to turn it off ?

Hi,

Yes, there is such a function, but it would result in the object, in its present form, losing its ability to stack.
