I wasn't sure at first why I'd need this. Then I realized I often hold apartment move-outs until the household's at the weekend, just so they get most of the value out of the rent they already paid. Now they can move out anytime without me feeling they "lost money" on it!

This doesn't work. Only on Monday the rent is divided by 7. On all the other days of the week the sim needs to pay full rent. So in total that's +6 times as much as normal.
