rar won't completely unzip for me. Anybody else having that problem?

Hi, I am sorry you run into this. I usually use WinRAR to open any .rar file. What program do you use? In my other mod, someone said that they could not open the file until they used 7-zip. I am not sure why it happens.

I normally use zip Opener. I just downloaded the trial of WinRAR to try it and I'm getting a message that the file is damaged.

I love the way these look, but they aren't working right for me. They show up in game just fine but I can't place them on the walls. They're just red. Every other wall decoration I have works fine, it's just these. :(
