Just tried to open another mod here at MTS, and it worked fine there. Also this is the first time it's ever happened to me, in about 15 years of using WinRAR. Officially baffled.

Try 7zip. Errors like that will occur sometimes in WinRAR. WinRAR isn't also always so precise,

Thanks for the comment SuperGal, I also have heard that WinRAR has a tendency to corrupt files too.

A very sweet mod that I uploaded today (nearly May 2023), tested for the first time today, and it works just fine. I'm like one of the earlier commenters- I always buy a bear for each child, because of the sleeping/ cuddling buff it gives them, but I'm upset that until now (with this mod) that the children have never autonomously hugged their bears at playtime. I had wanted them to hug their bears for so long. I like the idea of each child having a bear to play with so much that I even go through the trouble of making sure the bear is the child's favourite color just for the game-play effect. Anyway, the first time I saw one of my toddlers whip out her bear to play with it was a heartwarming one. Thank you!
