I had my people move in. There are 2 small problems. The line that you have near the door acted as a fence and would not let you place furniture any where else, hence the cheep price. When I got rid of those all is good. Also the mailbox is too close to the sidewalk so they could not pay the rent. Easy to fix. I like this place anyway...Thanks
