One of the problems with the existing sims age structure is that "adults" are 20-30 somethings. What about the parents of kids in university? The sim-ulation goes right from 20-30 year old "adults" to wheezing, groaning, tottering elders. When I first started playing the sims I was a 60-something. Now I still play (at 78) and am in better shape than the sims' elders!

I think these numbers are beter than the Maxis' ones without being too different.
In my experience (I made a lot of age mods) it will work with any setup of ep's and sp's, but I don't know if it's made the same way I did.

@Mertikora
Also this a mod will make it so the ages are correct right away without the growing thing: http://modthesims.info/showthread.p...917#post5248917

I've never played with an aging mod before (I usually play with aging off as I found the default Maxis aging was too fast), but this sounds interesting without being too drastic, so I will definitely try out this one....
Many thanks for creating it!

Oh for goodness sake, I think I've been waiting for this. This is almost exactly the number of days I set my TS3 Sims to after we could customize their lifespans. Right on!

Oh wow, that's unique!
Yeah, I get your point! People also complain that little kids jump right into teenagers who look about 16 years old, so we need a pre-teen stage (that's the case with Sims 4 especially because there teens look very similar to adults). Well, a smooth transition between stages would be very difficult to make and bear for computers, and having more birthdays would just be annoying, so... :D

Thanks, I've been looking for this! I wanted to mention it in the description.
Yeah, I think it would work with even the base game only, but what about Plantsims? They come with Seasons!

The game will just ignore those lines of the plantsims.

Thanks! I always thought adults had too little time... And I used to send my teens off to college when they had five teen days left, which means I already played with ten teen days This is exactly what I need!

Does this work with Inteen's "adult teen" feature?

Anyone else unable to read?

Oh, unfortunately I don't know, as I don't use InTeen anymore :/ But I remember using another age mod with adult teens and it worked fine!

I absolutely love this mod. Is there anyway the same can be done to pet lifespans? Pets can live up to 40+ years which doesn't make sense. Much appreciated.

No, it doesn't! Also doesn't conflict with pregnancy span mods

Hey @Mertikora, there is a version of Smart Age Correct by Lazy Duchess, what means, you don't have to take the mod out of the game every time you play a different hood. Here it is:
