This is really good. I can see you're putting a lot of effort in your lots.

Performance issues while playing this lot
Hi,
I really appreciated your work regarding this lot and since I like myself dystopian/cyberpunk ambiance I think this lot is amazing. Unfortunately I found it very hard to load smoothly on my PC, even if it's pretty performing. I applied NTcore's patch, I edited my Graphic rules and I optimized my Sims 2 performance but it still lags a lot. I noticed that by zooming in or shifting floors the framerate improves. I ask you kindly if it's a problem of mine or you had to experience this when you built the lot. Do you have any tips that could improve my situation? I really want to play this lot smoothly with my families.
Awaiting your response I wish you a good afternoon,
-AlexManGarden
P.S Sorry for my form, I'm still learning english...

As far as the requirements on your graphics card and your computer in general, this is probably the most demanding lot I've seen uploaded on this site (and certainly the most demanding that I've created). I'm pretty sure it's still the most expensive lot uploaded on MTS, which just means a lot of stuff in general, and then add in the fact that so much of it is lights and electronics and animated decorations, plus the fact that there's going to be a LOT of neighbors generated to fill the other apartments on the lot, and you'll really need a BEAST of a computer for it to run smoothly with higher settings. (A big part of the reason I made this lot the way I did was to test out the limits of the game engine and my new gaming desktop, FYI). Your best bet is to turn the settings down as far as you're willing to, turn on Object Hiding, etc. This may not be the answer you were hoping for, but I hope this helps some at least!

What specs would you recommend for people wanting to play with this lot? I wonder if my gaming pc is up to the task.

Either way, this looks incredible.

The details of computer specs has pretty much always been lost on me... I had enough trouble just figuring out ONE computer when I was putting mine together! I'll at least say the desktop I built this lot with is i7, 8GB RAM, and a 16GB Radeon RX570 graphics card, but I think part of the issue with this lot is that even with a truly top-of-the-line computer, it's just so big that it's still going to lag just from pushing at the limits of the TS2 engine itself.

Phew! I was determined to make this playable for myself, so I plopped it in my game with no downloads and spent some time unfurnishing some of it, especially the top floors. Haven't tried it in live mode yet, but it's a lot kinder to my computer now haha
