...and the Frugal Lane homes just keep on coming.
I needed something for some Sims on a budget that didn't want to look like they were on a budget. Make sense? I hope so! Haha.

If you have seen any of the other Frugal Lane homes, you know how this part goes - two bedrooms, space for a future driveway install, eat-in kitchen and all the usual alarms you need to stay safe. You'll have to settle for a bookcase and TV for fun until you get your hands on more Simoleons, but at least you can look a bit classy while working your way up! This one has two bathrooms with showers (so I would suggest neat Sims to avoid puddles!), but you can easily remove one and make it a hallway for house expansion if desired. Nothing much more to say here, except that this one of my favorite Frugal Lane homes so far, so I hope someone else can find a use for it in some way. As always - make it your own!

This home has:
  • 2 bedrooms.
  • 2 bathrooms with showers.
  • Fire alarm, burglar alarm, and phone.
  • Space for a future driveway install.
  • Minimal landscaping to keep the cost inside rather than outside!

No CC was used, but all EPs/SPs are installed.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Really great job -- I can see how it's budget just because of knowing the objects, but the overall look is classy and coordinated. And of course I'm totally crushing on your custom carpet work as always. Very nice mix of siding and brick as well.

Hello!
I really love your houses, I think, I have most of them in my folder, but I still didn't use them
I was wondering, can I use them in Downtown neighbourhood and/or in my custom University neighbourhood?
My young adults happen to form families (well, without kids) and live together already in college.

@Ignissimo - Haha, thanks for the compliment on my homes. I sometimes "collect" homes too for later use too. Yes, you can place these homes any any downtown neighborhood, or in University - they may have cheap rent in Uni!

I've been downloading your houses quite often. You're one of the best builders for starter homes that I've found. Good job!
