There is a package called "default_shasta_bg_ltgfloorclub" in this rar-file. What exactly is that and do I need it for these things to work?
It's a great idea by the way - so thank you very much!

No you don't need that file for these to work BUT if you want all the lamps to look like they do in my screenshots, then you do want to use it.

This is one of my favourite ingame lamps, so I totally love these addons and recolours. :)
