This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
Let your Sims show their national pride by displaying their flag/flags of origin in their homes!

Disclaimer: I could not make all countries, territories, or micronations. I decided to choose 15 flags that I will most likely use in my gameplay.

This is a recolour of the Pride Flag from the June 2019 game update.
Found in game under Objects by Function/Decorations/Wall Hangings

Flags in pack, left to right and top to bottom-
New Zealand
Russian Federation
South Korea
The Philippines

More may come out in a second pack... I will take comments into consideration for future flags.

You must have the expansion or stuff packs listed below installed to use this custom content. Please see the post text for any exceptions.

Interesting, works perfectly with my iMac in the latest patch. Could it be due to an expansion pack?

There is an extraneous file in the zip that is not needed. The "__MACOSX" folder included contains the file "._NationalFlags.package", which causes an error at startup.

If you delete that folder, the "NationalFlags.package" file works properly.
