how do I get this lot installed properly? I put it in the downloads folder but nothing shows up in my launcher to install, so I tried putting it in the mods folder since it's a package file instead of a sims3pack file like most mods of this type but that didn't do anything ether so I'm at as loss here.

"Offer not valid in Sims 2 or Sims 4."

Love it.

Love this! I like to play with old-broken-down-post-apocalyptic neighborhoods; this will fit in nicely.

Put it in your Library folder and it should show up when you load the game.
