This is a darling authentic looking lot. I do really like tiny lots. I keep thinking I should make a tiny town with nothing but this size lot. You really made the most of your space. Just wanted to say that Mog's mod won't let you have a barista in the coffee shop. I have used that great mod for years and that is one thing it won't do. I usually just use regular counters and the espresso machine an let them help themselves. I do wish someone could fix this but if Mog couldn't - who could.

I've only had this lot in my hood for about a Sim week & I've honestly enjoyed it! I'm not normally one for small houses but this one is really rather delightful.
I have only two concerns: I've noticed today that my sim cannot play his rent as there is a lovely deco pipe running alongside the mailbox. I have tried to move it but obviously can't due to being an apartment lot. plus no one is using the community café in the bottom floor due to some routing issues. Is there a way I am able to enter buy/build without having to move everyone out first to mend these?

Thank you! Sorry to hear about your problem, but I quickly went to testplay the lot myself and I have no problems with paying the rent.

If you want to delete items on an apartment lot, you can always use the "boolprop testingcheatsEnabled true" cheat, then press shift and left-click on the item and choose the "Force error" option which will enable you to delete it.

And no, unfortunately baristas don't work on apartment lots, not even with the community/apartment mod.
