Your usual breathtaking work as one of our no-cc masters. And a good read (plus a fun name) to go along with it. Thank you as always!

(I've got a RL stay in Puerto Rico coming up soon, actually, so I'm sure this lot will come to mind again for me then.)

Just as I was about to congratulate you on your back story, you tell me you're not a tele-novelist! I was into it anyway. Just as I am into the great neighborhood you made me have to have. You made such original use of objects and types of structure to create this lovely spot. Thanks!

Okay I just wanted to update the 0 people who care, but these apartments work great so far as a hotel! I just changed all the apartment doors to hotel doors, added a front desk in the courtyard (seemed the most appropriate place?), and changed the lot zoning. I downloaded the residential version so it would show up in the Vacation hood. The two smaller apartments on the right are about 1500 simoleons, and the bigger ones with garages are like 3000+! Not a problem for some of my rich Sims, but definitely pricey. Thank you so much again for this gorgeous lot! I've basically based my entire new vacation hood on this lot, trying to mimic the feel and architecture.

@SmilingAudibly , that's great to hear! I'm glad you're enjoying this lot enough to use it for inspiration for a bigger neighborhood- I'd love to see pictures at some point! I'm always curious what people do with my lots once they download them!

This lot looks amazing! Does anyone else have a problem with placing it though?

@MikazukiChu , beach lots like this will often only place on the same neighborhood map as they were created, that's why I mention that it was originally designed in the Desiderata Valley terrain- if you try to place it on a different map, it probably won't match the terrain closely enough and it won't place. Since this is an apartment lot,. it might also display weirdly at first, but if you pick up the lot and then place it back in the same location, it should take care of those problems.

I haven't been on here in awhile but every damn time I see a new thing from you, I feel feel like this guy

This is so magnificent and such a vibe! Love the chapel and the bright colors against the beach. You nailed the influence! So magnificent (I know I already said this but it warrants a double)!

Uh oh! My social bar is low - that's why I posted today.

Thanks, that is exactly why I downloaded these lovely apartments. Nice to know they will work for what I want them for.
@Zarathustra Thank you for the lovely apartments.
