Basic Download and Install Instructions:

Obviously a very unique exterior.
Nice ground floor layout, but I'm not crazy about the second floor one. I think the bathroom should be against the outside wall of the house, with the hallway to the small bedroom in the middle of the house. It's more important for the bathroom to have a window to the outside than the hallway, imo.
