Hi grammapat,

Yes, it's a community lot. But it was placed in my game as a community lot tourist attraction for Sims visiting Takemizu Village.

I love this! There's a lot of visual appeal and creativity. Its like a three lakes / takemizu fusion (and I even see some tropical items); I never would have considered doing that, but you definitely made it work. Thanks so much for sharing! I'm definitely downloading this.
