At my Strandheim had same issue with roof slopes entering rooms. You need to make new room in a room bordered by walls that has issues and then connect those rooms by delete jointing walls by hammer tool.
Gorgeous house, and well worth the wait. If you continue putting out this wonderful quality of work, I would say, take as much time as you need. I can't wait for the next one though :-)
