This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
Italian painter Francesco Beda lived from 1840 to 1900, and mainly depicted costume genre subjects. This depicted individuals in aristocratic garb of prior centuries, entertained in either gallantry or frivolous enjoyment.
