These are a little broken.

I made a custom individual set replacing two colors with the Sims 2 Servo and the Sims 2 female servo. The Sims 2 female servo switches back to the Gold and Brown coloration constantly. Also, the male Servo is shiny and the female Servo is not shiny.

Hi, these aren't 'broken'. I'm using a custom set of my individual servobot packages that includes my TS2 Servo and Servette, and they work fine. I don't know what you mean by the female TS2 Servo 'switches back to the Gold and Brown coloration constantly', the female TS2 Servo IS the Gold and Brown coloration, so how would she be 'switching back' to it, am confused as to what you mean? She is also very shiny in-game - unless you mean you're using the rusty version of her, which uses a low-shine specular (as do all the rusty robots).

I just tested them again in-game to be sure, and no problems. You didn't say what the other 5 bots in your custom individual set consist of - are they mine, or are they from someone else? And both of the TS2 Servos you're using are from my set and not from someone else? I can't predict what effects mixing someone else's servo overrides with mine might cause, they may be made differently from mine and be incompatible. Mine are, as described, just a simple outfit default replacement, whereas others may be more of a 'modded' item, and the two methods probably wouldn't be compatible so I definitely don't recommend mixing them.

If you are using only my servobots, have you tried running your game with all mods/cc removed except these, to see if it's a conflict with some other cc or mod you use? Did you remove your localthumbcache.package before installing them? And are they in the root folder of your Mods folder and not in a subfolder? Putting things in subfolders can sometimes cause problems.

That's all I can think of, hope that helps.

There are no other bots in the set. I literally only downloaded the servo, and the female servo.

She "switches back to the gold and brown coloration" as in "she switches back to the default gold and brown coloration". Sometimes I load the game and she's Sims 4 servo, Gold and Brown.

She's not shiny, either.

Aha, thank you for the clearer explanation and for the pic! Thanks to the pic I discovered that I had mistakenly used the low-shine specular for the default female TS2 Servo recolour instead of the high shine. My apologies, I've now fixed that and re-uploaded the packages for both the combined Set 1 and the 'loose files' zipfile. Please re-download and she should now be shiny like the male TS2 Servo. I hadn't noticed because I'm only using the 'pink sunglasses' version of the female TS2 Servo in my game.

Now that you've clarified that what's happening with the Gold/Brown option is that when loading the game, sometimes the override and sometimes the default TS4 Servo appears (I'd thought that what you meant was it was constantly switching back and forth between two different states of some sort while in-game), I've loaded the same setup you have, of just the two TS2 Servos and no other overrides, and can not reproduce what you're experiencing. I restarted my game ten times, including sometimes saving as a new save and loading that, and the override appeared as it should each time. None of my other servo overrides ever load as a default TS4 Servo either, and I don't know how/why a default replacement outfit would work sporadically upon reload. So I just don't know what to suggest, only what I said before about try running your game with only this item and no other mods to see if it's some conflict, and making sure it's in the root Mods folder and not a sub-folder.
