This house has is a most wonderful place for 1-2 sims. The views are lovely. The natural garden has it's own pond where you can swim and go fishing. The large pine trees gives wonderful shades in the summer and protect you from the winterstorms. Indoors there are only natural materials and plenty of that Scandinavian cosiness. It's little too expensive to be a starter home, but maybe your mother can lode you the money?

For those of you who know me well you know I mostly make themed/older houses. But the fact is that I love modern Scandinavian architecture. So when EA invited to a #TinyLivingContest, I wanted to build something in that style (some examples of similar architecture can be found here ) combined with the truly Scandinavian consept of Hygge . Unfortunately I couldn't finish it within the deadline, due to RL obligations. Never mind. I can still upload it here! I had fun building it, and it was fun to try something outside my usual path... Hope you will enjoy it too!

This little house is absolutely gorgeous! I absolutely love it, because it is so beautifully landscaped with it's greenery and pond. The inside - although in modern style - is really cozy and inviting and at the same time well-lighted by it's big windows. Thank you so much for this beauty-in-the-trees!

I'm so happy you like it! Thank you!

I'd love to have your house a my own personal retreat. Fortunately, I can live vicariously through my sims! Thanks for a beautiful addition to Mod the Sims!

It's a lovely house! I love how you applied the theme. I love playing with story sets and this is great for that. Where did you place it for the photos?

Thank you Sycamore17!
The photoes are taken on different lots/worlds, most from Brindleton Bay, some from Windenburg and Newcrest.
